Our story
Construction Cost Management began in 2004 with a simple aim: give people who pay for buildings a clear, independent view of what those buildings should cost.
Too often, clients found out a project was over budget only when it was too late to change course. Estimates were optimistic, variations went unchecked and nobody on the client's side was reading the numbers closely. We set out to be that reader: chartered quantity surveyors and engineers who test every figure, question every claim and report plainly.
Today we work on everything from single residences to hotels, apartment towers and airport developments, in Sri Lanka, India and across the Middle East. Our work has been ISO 9001 certified since 2018, and every client has a named lead from first estimate to final account.
Every engagement is signed off by a named chartered engineer. You will always know who reviewed your drawings.
